If there is a problem, we want to know!  The quicker we know about a problem, the more likely we will be able to find the best solution! 

 

Just a few quick notes-

~All purchases are only eligible for "in store" credit or exchange- NO REFUNDS

~All SALE items are "final" sale and cannot be exchanged or returned

~All items you are wanting to return must be received to our barn within 30 of the arrival date to you

~All damaged items must be reported to RB via email (rural.blissIL@ gmail.com)within 2 weeks of purchase date

~All returned items must have original tags on it

~Once an item is scanned into shipping service system, we are unable to control the situation, if you are worried, we recommend buying insurance

~Free shipping is defined as initial shipping to the customer, all returns, exchanges are at the expense of the customer unless it is a mistake of RB or a manufactures damage
